Our client is a foundation working with government schools in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Established less than a decade ago, the foundation and its parent company, wanted to commemorate its achievements on their fifth anniversary. In order to communicate their impact, Careworks Foundation decided to publish a comprehensive annual report that covered all aspects of the foundations work at ground level.
They hired Centric to give create a new look Annual Report where the teams achievements would be highlighted and key stories would be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
As our client is a foundation that primarily focusses on the health, well being and education of under privileged children through ground level intervention we followed a two step approach :
Phase 1 : Structure the report to reflect the key pillars of the foundation
Discussions with internal team to identify key impact stories and curate the right information for maximum impact.
Phase 2 :Designing the annual report with a fresh new look
The foundation already had a strong brand identity and design guideline. However they were looking for a fresh new look. In light of the same we presented multiple looks that were more contemporary to the team to help them arrive at a new, more contemporary design language.
In addition : Our comms team also reviewed the work done competition in this sector to determine most suitable ways to engage their customers.
The Annual Report was appreciated by the client and their internal and external stakeholders.
